Cancellations/Refunds
1.1 You have the right to cancel a donation during the period set out below in clause 1.3 This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to donate, you can notify us of your decision to cancel your donation and receive a refund. If you cancel your donation, we will try to stop it before the merchant service card processing is “finalized” but please be aware that this may not always be possible. Where we are unable to stop your donation from being processed please request it in writing to bradthomas@frontlinestrong.org, at which point we will process your credit in accordance with these Terms.
1.2 However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of (i) newspapers, periodicals, magazines; specialty items, donations,
or (ii) audio or video recordings or computer products that have been unsealed or downloaded.
1.3 Your rights to cancel an order expires the day of the processing status is “finalized” otherwise all donations are final.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
1.4 Details of your right to cancel and an explanation of how to exercise it are in this Cancellation Policy.
1.5 To cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request to let us know by email at bradthomas@frontlinestrong.org or call us at (706) 329-0882 as soon as possible. Alternatively, all donations are final unless authorized by frontlinestrong.org. If your cancellation notification is received and approved prior to processing, then the following applies. If the processing is in “pending status” have not been finalized, please then promptly comply with notifying us that you wish to cancel the donation. The deadline is met if you submit a cancellation request prior to the card processing is finalized. Unless the donation was completed in error all donations are final. We will refund the donation amount you paid in accordance with clause 1.6.
Refunds
1.6 If you cancel your donation in the manner stated above in cause 1.5, we will:
a. Offer a refund value for the donation you paid. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund by the value of $35 US return fee, process the refund amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 3 business days of (i) canceled your donation prior to the payment processing service is finalized. Please note your credit may appear on your statement within 7-10 business depending on financial institution that was use to make the donation.
